The Western Pleasures Guest Ranch is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please advise us as soon as possible.
Booking and Cancellation policies:
25% deposit is due at time of booking with the balance due upon your arrival at the ranch. If canceled 30 days or more prior to reservation arrival date, a 3.5% cancellation fee will be retained. If canceling less then 30 days before the reservation, the deposit will be retained. If travel complications arise due to Covid-19 and you need to cancel within that 30 days we can apply your deposit to a future stay. No transfer of deposit within seven days of reservation.
Prices do not include tax or gratuity and are subject to change without notice.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside buildings; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No pets in the lodge please. Pets are allowed in the cabins at the rate of $15.00 per night per pet.
Gift Certificate Policies:
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver’s license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
