Reservation Policy

Western Pleasure Guest Ranch is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please advise us as soon as possible.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

• 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. Your invoice shows the remaining balance, which you can settle before your trip by payment link or by check, or pay at check-in.
• Payments made by credit card include a 3% credit card convenience fee.
• If you need to cancel, please do so 30 days or more before your stay; we will retain only a 3.5% fee to cover processing. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, the deposit will be retained. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind, such as Travel Guard.
• Prices do not include tax or gratuity and are subject to change without notice.
• Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please arrange it with the office ahead of time.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Absolutely no smoking inside buildings; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• No pets in the lodge, please. Pets are allowed in the cabins at a rate of $20 per night per pet.

Sleigh and wagon rides have their own booking and cancellation terms; see sleigh & wagon rides.
