Western Pleasure Guest Ranch

Saddle up for some good ol' fashioned fun as you ride along the ridges and valleys of this fourth generation dude and guest ranch. Your hosts have proudly maintained and preserved their ranch land in the beautiful, timbered Selkirk and Cabinet Mountains. Ride through grazing cattle or sneak a peek at deer, bear, and other wildlife in their native surroundings. Watch a Red-tailed Hawk soar overhead and listen to the song of the birds welcoming you to a new day.

During the summer horseback riding is the main activity on the ranch. The riding program includes lessons in the arena and daily rides. A typical day will include a two-hour ride in the morning and again in the afternoon. Or perhaps a full-day ride with lunch at a beautiful waterfall, a great place to swim and play. Trail rides feature outstanding views of Lake Pend Oreille as well as the Cabinet and Selkirk Mountains.

We also offer two hour rides to guests not staying at the ranch beginning in March and ending in November.  Rides are scheduled Monday - Saturday at 10:00 and 2:00, Sunday is the horses day off.  Please call at least the day before you would like to ride.
